From assessment to replacement

We will discuss the glass specification, condition of the frame and arrangements for fitting. Double-glazed units and specialist glass may need to be ordered. Where broken glass leaves an exposed opening, ask about temporary boarding up.
Is condensation always a failed unit?
No. Moisture on the room-facing or external surface is different from moisture trapped between the panes. Tell us where it appears and whether it can be wiped away; this helps identify the right next step.

Which window problem do you have?
