Privacy Policy

Updated 12 October 2026.

This notice explains how information is used when you visit the London Glazing website or contact our glazing team.

Enquiries and privacy requests

When you use a contact or callback form, you provide details such as your name, telephone number, email address and message, depending on the form. These details are used to respond to your enquiry and arrange the service you request. Please include only information relevant to your enquiry.

Website enquiries are sent to the team’s monitored Gmail inbox. Website hosting and email providers process information as part of delivering these services. This means information is not handled solely within the website, and a statement that no details are ever passed to third parties would be inaccurate.

For a question about your information or to make a privacy request, call 07949 775317 or use our contact form. Please identify your request as a privacy enquiry. Do not send identity documents or sensitive information unless these are specifically needed and a suitable method has been agreed.

Cookies and your choices

Cookies, local storage and session storage allow a website or service to remember information in your browser. Identifiers, device information and browsing activity can be personal data even when they do not contain your name.

Use Cookie Settings on the initial banner, or Cookie Preferences after making a choice, to allow or reject optional Statistics and Marketing cookies. You can change or withdraw these choices at any time and can still telephone us or submit an enquiry if you reject them. The website remembers your consent choice for 30 days.

Statistics: Statcounter

After you allow Statistics, Statcounter uses visitor identifiers and page-visit information to help us understand website use. Its visitor cookies can remain for up to 400 days. Withdrawing Statistics consent stops further Statcounter loading on subsequent page visits and removes its first-party visitor cookie. Cookies already set on Statcounter’s own domain may remain because this website cannot remove another domain’s cookies; these can be cleared through your browser settings.

See Statcounter’s privacy information.

Marketing: Google and OpenAI

After you allow Marketing, Google and OpenAI measurement tools help connect enquiries with Google and ChatGPT adverts. Google advert-attribution and conversion cookies listed in Cookie Preferences can remain for up to 90 days. OpenAI’s ad-click reference cookie (__oppref) can remain for up to 30 days and its browser-reference cookie (__obref) for up to 365 days.

With Marketing consent, the OpenAI matching feature can convert contact details into hashes in your browser and send those hashes for enquiry matching. That feature does not send the raw contact details, but hashes are still personal data. Rejecting or withdrawing Marketing consent removes the site’s OpenAI reference cookies. Providers may also process technical information, including browser and network information.

See Google’s privacy policy and OpenAI’s privacy policy.

Fraud protection: ClickGuardian

This website currently loads ClickGuardian fraud-protection tools before a cookie choice is made and after optional cookies are rejected. These tools use browser/device fingerprinting, page and referral information, and browser identifiers to help detect suspicious traffic. The optional Statistics and Marketing switches do not currently disable these tools.

Both a current and a legacy ClickGuardian integration are present. The current integration uses session storage identifiers (cg_sid and cg_pv). The legacy integration uses local storage (cg_sessionid and cg_sessiontime) and a session storage page-view value (cg_pageview). The legacy local-storage values have no automatic expiry in the installed code and may remain until browser/site data is cleared. A legacy tracking pixel may also load when JavaScript is disabled. Clearing stored data does not prevent a later visit from creating new values.

ClickGuardian describes its service as fraud protection. This description does not by itself establish that every use of storage or fingerprinting is exempt from consent. The site’s consent treatment and overlapping integrations remain under review.

See ClickGuardian’s privacy policy and cookie policy.

Your information and rights

Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law gives you rights to access your personal information, have inaccurate information corrected, request deletion, restrict or object to processing, and request portability. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw that consent. These rights are subject to the applicable conditions and exceptions.

Contact us using the details above to discuss a request, including questions about how long your enquiry information is held or which providers handle it. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
